Inclusion-driven Psychological Practice
OUR PURPOSE
Supporting inclusion, bettering lives
Adults with disabilities typically face more barriers to accessing appropriate and effective care. For them, their quality of life can be greatly impacted - they may not be able to access/maintain employment or care services, and some may even end up getting institutionalized. Their carers are often highly stressed and struggle with supporting their adult children especially into their later years.
IncluPsych Services was set up with the aim to improve the well-being, functioning, and quality of life of adults with disabilities and their carers. We aim to do so by providing holistic and coordinated psychological care and supports for these adults with disabilities. We want to help them and their carers to tackle these barriers to inclusion and to a better quality of life, one step at a time.

I started working with persons with various neurodevelopmental conditions since 2011 and have not looked back since. It is a community that I'm very passionate about as there's so much that we can offer and so much that we can learn from them as well.
I have worked with children, youths, adults with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions such as intellectual disability, physical disability, learning difficulties, ADHD, ASD etc, including those with co-morbid mental health conditions. I worked with these clients across a range of settings including hospital, special schools, residential homes, day activity centres, and also at their own homes.
Till now, I continue to be amazed by the abilities of these populations, the resilience of their caregivers, and the passion of the ecosystem supporting them, and look forward to providing the best supports I can to them.
